1. About Menuyaa
Menuyaa provides businesses such as restaurants, cafés, and bars with tools to display digital menus via QR code or NFC tap. The service includes a hosted web interface, analytics, and ongoing support.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to represent a business to use Menuyaa.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when signing up.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Menuyaa for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Copy, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without permission.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
- Upload viruses or harmful code.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
5. Fees and Payments
Menuyaa may offer free trials or paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay applicable fees as described at checkout.
- Allow recurring billing if using a subscription plan.
- Contact us before your renewal date if you wish to cancel.
You can pay for your purchases by charging your debit, credit or prepaid card (Visa, MasterCard). The payment is completed using the redirect method in a secure environment by Viva payments (viva.com)
All prices are shown in EUR (or local currency where applicable) and are subject to change with prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Menuyaa (including logo, design, text, graphics, and software) is owned by or licensed to Menuyaa and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to your menus, but you grant us a license to use it as needed to provide the Service.
7. Termination
You may stop using Menuyaa at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You breach these Terms
- Your account is inactive for more than 12 months
- Required by law or technical reasons
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred before that date.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Menuyaa is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for losses caused by service outages, delays, or data errors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Menuyaa shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Unauthorized access to your account or data
Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll notify you on the website or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase, you have the right to ask for refund within 14 days. You will get all your money back within 1-5 working days.
